3. Ovulatory Phase (Days 13–15): Peak Connection
- Biology: Estrogen peaks alongside a brief surge in testosterone and Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
- Partner Cue: Plan a memorable date night. Communication and romance feel effortless and vibrant.
4. Luteal Phase (Days 16–28): The Transition & Sensitivity
- Biology: Progesterone takes over, raising resting metabolism and body temperature. As it drops late in the phase, serotonin drops with it.
- Partner Cue: Focus on proactive chores, active listening, and patience. Never invalidate her feelings.
